The hotel is conveniently located near a major shopping center and offers quick access to public transport. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is great, being very near a big shopping center and convenient for sightseeing in downtown Bangkok. The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable, but the air-conditioning was broken, which was quite uncomfortable. The staff was friendly, but the overall service could use an upgrade.
